NHS INTERVIEW PREPARATION

Terms, Privacy and Refund Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Healthcare Interview Prep ("we", "us") runs the website healthcareinterviewprep.co.uk. Please read these terms before you buy. By using the site or buying access you agree to them.

1. Who we are and what we are not

Healthcare Interview Prep is an independent interview practice resource. We are not part of, affiliated with, or endorsed by the NHS, NHS England, the Department of Health and Social Care or any NHS employer. The word "NHS" is used only to describe the interviews our questions help you prepare for.

2. What you are buying

  • Each role has a question bank of 40 original practice interview questions with model answers.
  • The first 8 questions of every bank are free to read.
  • Unlocking a bank costs £2.99 as a single payment and gives you access to all of that bank’s questions for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • This is not a subscription. You will not be charged again unless you choose to buy another bank.
  • Access is for your own personal use and is linked to your member account.

3. Important: practice material, not advice

Our questions and model answers are original practice material. They are not leaked or official interview questions, and we do not promise that any question will come up in your interview or that you will be offered a job. Model answers are examples to learn from, not scripts to memorise.

Content touching on clinical practice, law or professional standards is general educational material. It is not clinical, legal or professional advice. Always follow current national guidance, your regulator’s standards and your employer’s local policies, which may change after we write our content.

4. Refund policy for digital content

Question banks are digital content that you can read immediately after payment. When you buy, you ask us to give you immediate access and you agree that, once access starts, you lose your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For this reason we do not offer refunds once a question bank has been unlocked, including if you change your mind or no longer need it.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a bank you bought will not open, is missing content, or is faulty, contact us and we will fix it, give you access again or, where the law requires, refund you.

5. Your account and fair use

  • Keep your login details private. Do not share your account.
  • You may read and make notes for your own preparation. You may not copy, resell, republish, scrape or share our questions or answers, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
  • We may suspend access if an account is used to copy or share content in breach of these terms.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the site available and accurate, and we update content when guidance changes. We may correct, improve or replace questions at any time. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by things outside our reasonable control.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any loss of employment opportunity, earnings or other indirect loss.

8. Privacy policy

We are the controller of the personal data collected through this site. We collect only what we need to run the service:

  • Account details: your name and email address when you sign up.
  • Purchase records: which question banks you bought, when, and the amount paid. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never seen or stored by us.
  • Technical data: basic usage and cookie data needed to keep you logged in and the site secure, and, if you agree, analytics to help us improve the site.

We use this data to create your account, give you access to what you bought, provide support, keep records required by law, and protect the site from misuse. Our lawful bases under the UK GDPR are performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and, for optional cookies, your consent.

Our website is hosted by Wix.com, and payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe or Wix Payments). These companies act as processors or independent controllers under their own privacy policies and may process data outside the UK with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.

We keep account data while your account is open and purchase records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (normally six years). You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by contacting us using the form below. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies to make the site work and, only with your consent, optional cookies for analytics. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Questions, problems with a purchase, or data requests: please contact us using the contact form on this page and we will reply as soon as we can.
